Welcome
We’re BSA Troop 573 of Woodinville, WA.   From climbing local peaks to sailing the Florida Keys, we offer one of the most amazing outdoor and leadership programs in the area. You’ll find basic information about our troop at this site using the menu above the banner graphic.   We hope it answers questions you might have about our troop.    If you would like to find out more, we meet on Monday nights at Cottage Lake Presbyterian Church, and you are always welcome to visit us.

Our Philosophy
We believe a kid and his family should be excited about and encouraged by a challenging program.
We believe that successful kids are continuously learning from each other and from trained advisors.
We believe the most valuable “teachable moments” arise in outdoor endeavors. We strive to keep a full calendar with activities for all interests.
We expect honesty, integrity and fine character in our scouts and our leaders. We expect kids and adults to live the Scout Oath, the Scout Motto and the Scout Law.
We believe scouting should be fun and that the joy of each personal achievement creates continued interest and excitement.
We believe scouting is not a race.   It is the journey that counts, not the destination.
